We have been awarded!

The Friends of Charles Daley Park are proud to announce that we have received a Let Them Be Kids Kool Aid Smile Award, and will be building a brand new playground in Charles Daley Park on Sept. 19th. Stay tuned for more exciting details!!!

About the Friends of Charles Daley Park

The Friends of Charles Daley Park is a volunteer organization which was formed in 2004 and is committed to revitalizing and promoting the park which is located in the Town of Lincoln.

The Friends with the help of the community, built a boardwalk along the waterfront portion of the central section of the park.
In cooperation with the Niagara Restoration Council native trees and shrubs have been planted throughout the park. We have also sold and installed 21 commemorative benches.

Our next project is to replace the outdated playground equipment with new equipment. With the help of the Kool-Aid program "Let Them Be Kids" award and the community, the desired outcome is to raise approximately $45,000 to purchase and install the new community playground. The Aware includes a 60/40 match opportunity for our fundraising efforts so your help goes even further!
